Fragrance oil is a term for anything that adds fragrance. There are many types of fragrance oils and some types have given 'fragrance oil' a bad name. We only use high quality fragrance oil that are manufactured without organ or acute toxins, phthalates, and ingredients on the California Prop 65 list.

Clean candles use only the cleanest ingredients available. That means not using paraffin wax and fragrance oils with phthalates. Candle care also plays a big role in keeping your candle burning clean. Trimming the wick and extinguishing your candle reduce the amount of carbon released into the air.

Processing time is 5-7 days + shipping time. All orders are usually delivered within 7-9 days after your order is placed.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75.

If your candle arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement within 5 days after receiving the order. We will require a photo for proof so we can submit for a packaging insurance claim.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please reach out if there is a problem and we'll be happy to come up with a resolution.
